What additional costs should I expect beyond the monthly subscription?
The monthly subscription includes access to the platform and its features, along with user accounts. The only additional cost you may encounter is for SMS and email usage, with minimal fees:
Emails: $10 will get about 5,000 emails.
SMS: $10 will get about 635 messages.
Making Calls: $10 will get about 355 minutes.
Receiving Calls: $10 will get about 590 minutes.
Additionally, there is a one-time fee to register for A2P 10DLC normally around $15-$20, and a monthly fee of $1.75 per active phone number.

We charge a $250 setup fee to ensure that your business is properly onboarded and ready to fully benefit from our services. This fee covers:
Account Setup for Your Business Needs: We assist in setting up your CRM account tailored to your specific business requirements, ensuring it’s ready for your operations from day one.
1-Hour Technical Support Session: This includes integrating key tools such as Stripe, Google My Business (GMB), calendars, DNS, social media accounts, and the more complex A2P 10DLC registration, ensuring your CRM is seamlessly connected to essential platforms.
1-Hour Training Session: We also provide a 1-hour Zoom training session to guide you and your team on how to use the system effectively, allowing you to hit the ground running and make the most of the platform.
This setup fee ensures that everything is configured correctly from the start, so you can focus on growing your business without any technical issues or delays.
